1. INITIAL CONNECTION
If you’re interested in an amazing remodel for your home please contact us through our website or by phone. We’ll arrange a phone call to discuss your project and get to know you and your vision.
2. IN PERSON MEETING
Ideally an onsite meeting to go over options, ideas and finishes. After evaluating your site we can now connect you with one of our preferred vendors to walk you through the design/architectural process to pull all the ideas together.
Once all the details are determined, White Elm will prepare a detailed proposal for the project. We will send a proposal through Buildertrend, our project management software, for you to review.
4. PROPOSAL PRESENTATION
Ideally an in-person meeting to present our proposal during which time you will have the opportunity to ask questions, inquire about any potential revisions.
Once you have made your decision about your renovation we will ask you to accept or decline our proposal. If you do sign with us, Congratulations, you won’t be disappointed! We will need a signed contract and a deposit to begin work.
6. PERMIT APPLICATION
Required permits will be applied for and discussion about start dates based on permit application.
7. SITE MEETING
This would happen shortly before construction is to begin. We we will introduce you to the assigned project manager for your project, get you set up on our project management software and go over final selections for finishes
8. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
And we are off! During this process you’ll be in direct communication with our project manager and office team for any questions you have or that we may have for you. Through our Buildertrend software you will receive daily updates on progress including pictures and sometimes videos as well as see the live schedule that we have prepared for the project.
We will set up a site meeting and our project manager to go over any questions or last details. This will be during the very final stages of the project.
Our final step is for the owners of White Elm to meet you at your newly transformed space to hand over the keys, go over any details and maintenance and explain how to use any installed appliances or other systems installed.
